We take every security measure to ensure PayUp Jack is not being used for fraudulent purposes.
By design, you will be able to determine the validity of your request by who has requested the amount, the activity name and the notes attached with the request.
For example, if someone is requesting money from you for “next week’s baseball game”, and you know you are not going to a baseball game, then you know you’ve been spammed.
We encourage all Requests to be as specific as possible, especially in the Activity Title and Notes section.
Another way to determine spam is the graphical validation feature we use.
The Social Organizer will initially select the graphic from an image library and the Payer will be notified which image.
